The FTX-740-Q1 is a quad-wavelength OTDR designed for both singlemode and multimode fiber testing. It supports 850/1300 nm for MM and 1310/1550 nm for SM networks, making it ideal for LAN, enterprise, and access network applications. With intelligent iOLA testing, a 7-inch touch screen, and built-in modules like OPM, VFL, and SLS, the Q1 model delivers precise, user-friendly fiber diagnostics in one compact device. Most new items are covered by a 1-year fault warranty. If your item arrives damaged or becomes faulty within one year of the purchase date, you may contact us for a refund, exchange, or repair.
Important Warranty Notes
- The 30-day and 1-year warranties only cover faults in the product and do not apply to:
- Change-of-mind returns.
- Faults caused by misuse, operation outside the manufacturer’s guidelines, physical damage, or water ingress.
- Mechanical devices may require periodic servicing due to environmental factors or excessive usage. Such servicing is not covered under warranty and will incur standard service charges.
- Due to the unique nature of second-hand equipment, certain items may be exempt from the standard 30-day warranty. Please refer to the warranty details listed with the product description for specific coverage.
