Warranty periods vary based on the item's condition and specific listing:
- New Products: Many new items include a 1-year warranty, though some may carry a 30-day FLUXNET warranty. Please always check the specific product page to confirm the exact coverage for that item.
- Refurbished/Used Items: Typically include a 30-day FLUXNET warranty covering defects or functional issues.
Because we are an independent supplier, warranty coverage is generally provided directly by us rather than the manufacturer; however, some locally sourced products may include a manufacturer’s warranty where applicable. This coverage is in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL). Products deemed faulty will be repaired, replaced, or refunded at our discretion.
As we are a third-party provider, some items may not be eligible for manufacturer-direct registration, software updates, or factory support. However, FLUXNET provides expert technical assistance and in-house support for every product we sell to ensure your equipment performs as expected.

FLUXNET ships all orders from our professional warehouse located in Melbourne, Australia.
Orders usually ship within one business day. Delivery typically takes 1–7 business days depending on your location and the shipping method selected.
A 20% restocking fee applies for change-of-mind returns within 30 days. Items must be returned in their original packaging. Non-refundable products will be disclosed prior to order fulfillment. These terms do not limit your rights under the Australian Consumer Law for faulty or misdescribed goods.
