Warranty and Returns Policy

At FLUXNET, we strive to ensure that every purchase meets your expectations. When purchasing from us, whether in-store or online, you are protected by the Australian Consumer Law (ACL). Customers are entitled to assume that goods are of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose, and accurately described.
1. Warranty Coverage
The warranty period for each product is specified on its individual product page. Where not specified, the following default periods apply:
- Pre-Owned / Used Items: Covered by a 30-day FLUXNET Functional Warranty.
- New Items: Covered by a 1-year FLUXNET Functional Warranty.
2. Important Warranty Notes
- Provider: Warranties are provided directly by FLUXNET. Manufacturers may not honour factory warranties for equipment purchased through independent third-party channels.
- Exclusions: Warranties do not cover faults caused by misuse, physical damage, water ingress, or operation outside manufacturer guidelines.
- Servicing: Mechanical devices (like splicers) require periodic servicing. This is considered maintenance and is not covered under warranty.
3. Refund & Return Process
We handle returns in accordance with the ACL. If an item has a Major Failure, you are entitled to a choice of a refund or replacement.
Change-of-Mind Returns
- You must notify us within 30 days of purchase.
- A 20% restocking fee applies.
- Items must be returned in original, unopened (if new), and resalable condition with all accessories.
Shipping Costs
- Faulty Items: If an item is found to be faulty or has a major failure, FLUXNET will cover or reimburse the reasonable cost of return shipping.
- Change of Mind: For change-of-mind returns, the buyer is responsible for all shipping costs, including any import duties or customs charges.
4. Item Condition Definitions
Used Items: Previously field-used. We provide detailed photography of the actual unit or representative units to showcase condition. Please review these carefully.
New Items: Brand new, never field-used. These may occasionally lack original manufacturer packaging but are functionally new. For quality assurance, our lab may test new items prior to dispatch.
5. Trademark & Brand Usage
Any brands, logos, or trademarks displayed on this website are used strictly for identification and compatibility purposes. Their use does not imply any endorsement, partnership, or authorisation from the respective trademark holders.
