Shipping Risk: While we take every care in packaging, if an item arrives damaged, please notify us within 48 hours. As the supplier, we will work with you to resolve issues regarding goods damaged in transit or lost orders in accordance with your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

5. RETURNS AND REFUNDS

Fluxnet.com.au handles returns and processes refunds in accordance with Australian Consumer Protection legislation.

  • Faulty Goods: If a product has a major failure (e.g., unsafe or fundamentally different from description), you are entitled to a replacement or refund under the ACL.
  • Change of Mind: We offer a 30-day return window for unopened items, subject to a 20% restocking fee.
  • Warranty Provider: As an independent reseller, warranties are provided directly by FLUXNET. You acknowledge that original manufacturer warranties may not apply to equipment purchased through independent 3rd party channels.

6. EXCLUSION OF COMPETITORS

If you are in the business of creating similar documents, goods, or services for a fee, you are a competitor of Fluxnet.com.au. We expressly exclude and do not permit you to use our website or download any materials for commercial competition. If you breach this term, we will hold you fully responsible for any loss sustained.
