At FLUXNET we strive to ensure that every purchase meets your expectations. When purchasing from us, whether in-store or online, customers are entitled to assume:
- The goods are of satisfactory quality.
- The goods are fit for their intended purposes.
- Any written description applied to the goods accurately matches the items provided.
If these conditions are not met, you may be entitled to remedies such as repair, replacement, or a refund.
Warranty Coverage
Used Items
Most used items sold by FLUXNET are covered by a 30-day fault warranty. If your item arrives damaged or becomes faulty within 30 days of purchase, you may contact us for a refund, exchange, or repair.
New Items
Most new items are covered by a 1-year fault warranty. If your item arrives damaged or becomes faulty within one year of the purchase date, you may contact us for a refund, exchange, or repair.
Important Warranty Notes
- The 30-day and 1-year warranties only cover faults in the product and do not apply to:
- Change-of-mind returns.
- Faults caused by misuse, operation outside the manufacturer’s guidelines, physical damage, or water ingress.
- Mechanical devices may require periodic servicing due to environmental factors or excessive usage. Such servicing is not covered under warranty and will incur standard service charges.
- Due to the unique nature of second-hand equipment, certain items may be exempt from the standard 30-day warranty. Please refer to the warranty details listed with the product description for specific coverage.

- Details: Each listing includes detailed pictures to showcase the item’s condition and what is included. Please review these carefully before purchasing.
New Items
- Definition: Items that are brand new and have not been used in the field.
- Details: These may occasionally lack original packaging. For quality assurance, some items may be tested in our lab prior to dispatch.
