Australian based orders are send using Australia Post with tracking
International orders are sent through Australia Post/UPS with tracking.
Some items that contain batteries may have to have the batteries removed prior to sending to your location.
RETURN POLICY

Return is accepted if equipment does not work as described. Goods must be returned in original condition within 30 days of purchase with any seals in place, in original packaging and not damaged in any way.

Most new items are covered by a 1-year fault warranty. If your item arrives damaged or becomes faulty within one year of the purchase date, you may contact us for a refund, exchange, or repair.
Important Warranty Notes
- The 30-day and 1-year warranties only cover faults in the product and do not apply to:
- Change-of-mind returns.
- Faults caused by misuse, operation outside the manufacturer’s guidelines, physical damage, or water ingress.
- Mechanical devices may require periodic servicing due to environmental factors or excessive usage. Such servicing is not covered under warranty and will incur standard service charges.
- Due to the unique nature of second-hand equipment, certain items may be exempt from the standard 30-day warranty. Please refer to the warranty details listed with the product description for specific coverage.
