The OptiFiber Pro OTDR family is the first class of OTDRs that is built with features and usability for both the enterprise network engineers, and cable installers working in both enterprise and OSP environments.

Most new items are covered by a 1-year fault warranty. If your item arrives damaged or becomes faulty within one year of the purchase date, you may contact us for a refund, exchange, or repair.
Important Warranty Notes
- The 30-day and 1-year warranties only cover faults in the product and do not apply to:
- Change-of-mind returns.
- Faults caused by misuse, operation outside the manufacturer’s guidelines, physical damage, or water ingress.
- Mechanical devices may require periodic servicing due to environmental factors or excessive usage. Such servicing is not covered under warranty and will incur standard service charges.
- Due to the unique nature of second-hand equipment, certain items may be exempt from the standard 30-day warranty. Please refer to the warranty details listed with the product description for specific coverage.
