Description
The Fluke Networks DSX2-8000-INT is a Wi-Fi-enabled cable analyzer for testing Cat 8 cables, ensuring high performance and reliability CableAnalyzer series copper cable certifiers enable measurement and certification of twisted pair cabling up to 40 Gigabit Ethernet and can be used for all cabling systems such as Cat 5e, 6, 6A, 8 or class FA and I / II.
Cabling certification is part of a process that begins with system design and ends with the system warranty. The faster this process is completed, the faster the investment pays off. Unfortunately, many factors slow down the process. Incorrect configuration of the meter, testing the wrong limits, waiting for experienced technicians to analyze or correct problems, misinterpreting the results and reports that customers cannot understand are just a few examples.
- Capable of testing and certifying twisted pair Cat 5e, 6, 6A, 8 and Class I/II cabling with limits up to 2 GHz
- Has a level VI/2G accuracy (2 GHz)
- The DSX2-8000 reduces the time required to fix cabling faults with dedicated diagnostics, a simple test that locates the problem
- Compliant with ANSI/TIA-1152-A Level 2G and proposed standard IEC 61935-1 Ed. 5 Level VI field tester accuracy requirements to 2000 MHz
- Supports the complete suite of Resistance Unbalance standards needed for Power over Ethernet (PoE) – IEEE 802.3bt, ANSI/TIA/EIA-568, ISO/IEC 11801 series documents
- TCL and ELTCTL measurements compliant to IEC 61935-1-1 (Draft)

Important Warranty Notes
- The 30-day and 1-year warranties only cover faults in the product and do not apply to:
- Change-of-mind returns.
- Faults caused by misuse, operation outside the manufacturer’s guidelines, physical damage, or water ingress.
- Mechanical devices may require periodic servicing due to environmental factors or excessive usage. Such servicing is not covered under warranty and will incur standard service charges.
- Due to the unique nature of second-hand equipment, certain items may be exempt from the standard 30-day warranty. Please refer to the warranty details listed with the product description for specific coverage.
