Description

The Fluke Networks DSX-5000 CertiFiber Pro Optical Loss Test Set CFP-QUAD is designed for both singlemode and multimode applications with the Versiv DSX-5000. It provides Tier 1 certification at 850 nm, 1300 nm, 1310 nm, and 1550 nm in just 3 seconds. The set includes a reference wizard for accurate settings and is Encircled Flux compliant with ANSI/TIA and ISO/IEC standards. It measures fiber optic attenuation, length, and propagation delay.

Please contact us first before returning. Return can be accepted within 30 days of item being delivered; it has to be in the original condition as it was sent out. Buyer is responsible for the postage of the returned item, and the original postage cost or import/custom duty paid is not refundable, any additional options purchased or service & labour costs are not refundable.

Most new items are covered by a 1-year fault warranty. If your item arrives damaged or becomes faulty within one year of the purchase date, you may contact us for a refund, exchange, or repair.

Important Warranty Notes

The 30-day and 1-year warranties only cover faults in the product and do not apply to:
- Change-of-mind returns.
- Faults caused by misuse, operation outside the manufacturer’s guidelines, physical damage, or water ingress.
Mechanical devices may require periodic servicing due to environmental factors or excessive usage. Such servicing is not covered under warranty and will incur standard service charges.
Due to the unique nature of second-hand equipment, certain items may be exempt from the standard 30-day warranty. Please refer to the warranty details listed with the product description for specific coverage.
