A fast, easy-to-use, and cost-effective solution for installing and activating multiplay services over copper/ADSL2+/VDSL2 and Ethernet on the NBN & Telstra Network
Features
- Detection of potential bottlenecks on subscriber loops to ensure high-quality, consistent and error-free multiplay services
- 30 MHz spectrum analysis for circuit qualification in any VDSL2 band plan (8, 12, 17 and 30 MHz)
- Loop and fault analysis using proven TDR and RFL/K-test techniques for VDSL2 or ADSL2+ pre-qualification
- Measurement and reporting of suspect voltages, opens, shorts, and balance issues from a single end, or utilizing an FED that can be remote controlled by the MaxTester to put the necessary opens and shorts at the end of the circuit under test
- Determine the maximum ADSL2+ data rates that a copper loop could support, prior to connecting/provisioning the circuit and equipment, with the MaxTester’s Data Rate Prediction (ADRP) pre-qualification report
- Ensures that the customer has the required bandwidth (downstream and upstream rates) for delivering triple-play services over single-pair or bonded ADSL2+ and VDSL2
- Validates that the IPTV and data services can operate on the circuit with the required QoS
- Verifi es that the customer’s modem/router, equipment and inside wiring are operating correctly
- Proves IPv4 and IPv6 data fl ow between the network and end equipment

Most new items are covered by a 1-year fault warranty. If your item arrives damaged or becomes faulty within one year of the purchase date, you may contact us for a refund, exchange, or repair.
Important Warranty Notes
- The 30-day and 1-year warranties only cover faults in the product and do not apply to:
- Change-of-mind returns.
- Faults caused by misuse, operation outside the manufacturer’s guidelines, physical damage, or water ingress.
- Mechanical devices may require periodic servicing due to environmental factors or excessive usage. Such servicing is not covered under warranty and will incur standard service charges.
- Due to the unique nature of second-hand equipment, certain items may be exempt from the standard 30-day warranty. Please refer to the warranty details listed with the product description for specific coverage.
