The Anritsu MT9085A-063 Series ACCESS Master OTDR is a compact, handheld optical time domain reflectometer (OTDR), suitable for performing optical pulse tests, optical loss/power measurements, and optical fibre end-face inspections involved in Verizon tower testing.
The MT9085A has a wide variety of applications, including the installation and maintenance of trunk fibres and the ability to troubleshoot access networks. The Anritsu MT9085A supports different wavelengths matching the measurement environment with a distance range for single mode at 0.5, 1, 2.5, 5, 10, 25, 50, 100, 200, 300 km, and multimode at 0.5, 1, 2.5, 5, 10, 25, 50, 100 km.
With sampling points up to 150,001 and reflectance accuracy at ±2 dB on single mode and ±4 dB on multimode, the MT9085A ensures accurate event detection and loss measurement. The Anritsu MT9085A has been upgraded to an 8-inch wide touch screen with an LCD-backlit color TFT display, providing an exceptional data management experience.
The Fibre Visualizer function has also been taken to the next stage with an at-a-glance confirmation of the optical fibre transmission path. The Anritsu MT9085A OTDR efficiently aids field technicians as they complete their OTDR Testing

Most new items are covered by a 1-year fault warranty. If your item arrives damaged or becomes faulty within one year of the purchase date, you may contact us for a refund, exchange, or repair.
Important Warranty Notes
- The 30-day and 1-year warranties only cover faults in the product and do not apply to:
- Change-of-mind returns.
- Faults caused by misuse, operation outside the manufacturer’s guidelines, physical damage, or water ingress.
- Mechanical devices may require periodic servicing due to environmental factors or excessive usage. Such servicing is not covered under warranty and will incur standard service charges.
- Due to the unique nature of second-hand equipment, certain items may be exempt from the standard 30-day warranty. Please refer to the warranty details listed with the product description for specific coverage.
